All sales are final once the order has been shipped and delivered.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-damage reasons, including but not limited to shipping or carrier delays, change of mind, dislike, incorrect size selection, style mismatch, or personal preference.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos.
For verified delivery damage reported upon receipt, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
Once the package has been accepted or signed for, shipping damage claims will no longer be eligible for replacement or refund.
Electronic components are covered by a 2-year warranty. If a confirmed issue occurs within the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts or another reasonable solution.

Due to the customized, made-to-order, oversized, fragile, and special-handling nature of our products, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
